DAY TWO

CHRONICLES OF GRATITUDE #DAY2

Dear Pastor David Ibiyeomie,
I want to thank you for answering your call.
People wonder what it is I have with this man of God.
Here it is .

I suffered from Nocturnal enuresis, (bedwetting) for 18 years. This embarrassing sickness defiled every medication you can ever think of.
I remember the one day of the 18 years that I was dry, My Aunty jumped up with so much excitement😂 (she said" hey! My pikin no piss today oh😂)
My teenage hood was one lonely and desolate one because of this sickness. I couldn't visit extended family, I couldn't travel with others.

It became a concern to both my Paternal and Maternal family, oh how dey loved me!

There is no where we did not go to seek for cure.
Just Name it! From the hottest of prayer houses to the Hottest of Native houses. Nothing I didn't drink or eat, It even got worst😂
I so dreaded the nights, because I knew once I slept , I am bound to wet the bed. It was really really really sad.

So a friend who knew what I was going through introduced me to Papa. He told me, if you meet my pastor, you will be healed.
At that point all hope was lost, we were just trying and hoping one day it will stop.

So I visited church and I saw, blind eyes open, Legs Grew! Cancer gone! Dead raised!
I said to God, I just want to be healed.
I don't understand what they say is wrong with my bladder , but I don't want this embarrassing sickness anymore.
My Family was extremely kind to me through it all.
So Kind. They never made me felt rejected because of this.
My Mum will tell me with so much love and concern, don't worry it will stop"

So Papa announced healing school and I attended.
Privileged to be in the choir. I  ministered at the headquarters that day.
And waju was soloing "What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and grief to bear"
And Papa took some seconds to look towards the choir and I saw his face in reality for the first time and that was it!
Nocturnal enuresis gone! Till date.
I have wondered if I never met him.
Your baby girl might still be weeing on bed today.😂

TALKING ABOUT HIS TEACHINGS
His books "See you at the top" and "Time to make news"
Helped me discovered my self.
Papa is very wise! Never seen a wise man like him.

I learnt one thing from his wife.
SERVICE.
From how long she waited to be married and how she didn't stop serving God.
She made one profound statement that stock.
"If you want to be GREAT you must SERVE"
SERVICE TO GOD AND HUMANITY.
This has shaped my mind ever since.

TODAY I AM THANKFUL FOR MY HEALING VERY THANKFUL.
I HOPE THIS INSPIRES YOU TO TRY JESUS NO MATTER HOW HOPELESS THINGS ARE.
18 YEARS WAS ENOUGH FOR ME NOT TO BOTHER.
BUT JESUS DID IT.

I AM FOREVER LOYAL TO HIS MINISTRY.
