7 WAYS TO BOOST YOUR BRAIN POWER
I was just tired on friday morning from a two hour work out i did at Okpara square (a popular place in Enugu State), one of my neighbors saw me and screamed "where are coming from? I was like "haaaa somebody cannot jog again,he sad that he is praying for me to add some weight and am going to jog, That he will ask the gate man not to let me out, whenever am dressed to jog.
You see they dont understand, i work out because it enhances my mood, it makes me feel relieved from lifes trouble.
People wonder why Am smart,i invest so much in my brain and i pray tooo...
Enhancing your brain helps you to deliver tasks excellently.
Here are seven ways to boost you brain power, these are things i do on a daily basis, they are part of me.
Except the excersice am still trying to be consistent, and board games too, i will download cheese tonight.

5. Journal: Write down thoughts, feelings & ideas, exercise creativity while boosting emotional health.
6. Board Games: Stimulate the right & left sides of the brain, may prevent memory loss as we age.
7. Sleep More! Sleep helps the mind organize information overload, essential for a day of focus & productivity.
